【再戰下半場 活出美麗耆跡】
恭喜我們的策略及發展高級經理Wing（莫志榮）獲得「香港社企員工嘉許計劃2022」的傑出社企員工獎！
Wing一向對導賞有熱誠，曾任大館導賞員，在2019年以義工身份加入「街坊帶路」的影子導賞員團隊；同年，我們成功獲得「伙伴倡自強」社區協作計劃撥款資助，推行賦權中高齡及退休群組的「生命耆跡」項目，當時Wing以半退休人士的身份參加，成為社區導師。
與我們一班年青活力的同事相處久了，Wing也被感染，應徵正式入職做機構員工，最近更升職成為管理策劃團隊一員。能夠同時獲得公司及業界肯定，可謂雙喜臨門。Wing對獲獎感到非常驚喜，他在以往的職業生涯中，沒有得到過獎項表揚；沒想到反而從職場退下來後，投入做自己喜歡的事，竟然在人生下半場取得這項成就！
謙稱自己是「社企新鮮人」的Wing，是「街坊帶路」中具有豐富社會經驗的前輩，對內與團隊成員打成一片，相處融洽；對外進行會議溝通，展示穩重壓場感，以經驗化解各種場面，絕對是大家的「定海神針」。在過去幾年，Wing努力開發南區的可持續旅遊項目，成功建立「街坊帶路」的分支，我們正密鑼緊鼓作最後準備，敬請期待面世時刻！其實社會在企業界別中，有很多一直潛心耕耘的同工，他們都有著各自獨特的背景和歷程，為心中堅信的理念每天苦幹，很值得被社群看見。

Congratulations to Mr. Wing Mok, our Strategy & Development Senior Manager, on receiving the Outstanding Employee award of the Hong Kong Social Enterprises Employee Recognition Scheme 2022!
As a semi-retiree, Wing surely does not fit the middle-aged and senior community stereotype: he is passionate, energetic, humble and easy-going. Before joining the volunteer programme of Kaifong Tour in 2019, Wing already developed an interest in tour guiding and was once a docent of the Tai Kwun Guided Tours. In the same year, we launched Project Mirago!, funded by the Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme, to empower middle-aged, elderly and retired groups. Wing became an instructor in the project and inspired many student participants by sharing his life stories.
While working part-time with our youthful start-up team, Wing quickly got along very well with all teammates and decided to join Kaifong Tour in a more committed role. Three years later, we are now here celebrating his promotion to the managerial level and the Outstanding Employee award! Wing is very surprised about the award because the last thing he ever expected in his semi-retirement is being recognized as the outstanding employee in a fresh career that he chose out of passion, after stepping down from his long-term professional years.
Wing has proven himself time and again as a valuable team member with his seasoned experience, maturity and wisdom. He has been primarily working on an exciting sustainable tourism project for the Southern District which will be officially launched SOON in March! As a true believer in the importance of social enterprises myself, I know many employees are dedicated wholeheartedly and selflessly to serving their communities every day. With or without an award, they all deserve to be seen, recognized and appreciated by society.
